Users may request a cancellation of their purchase within 30 minutes of the transaction time.
Refunds are strictly governed by the “Service Utilization” rule:
A Contact Pack was purchased but no contact numbers have been unlocked, or an Agent Pass was purchased but no property listings have been published under that pass.
At least one contact number has been unlocked from a Contact Pack, or at least one property listing has been published under an Agent Pass. Once the service is used in any way, no refund will be issued.
