Cancellation & Refund Policy

Effective Date: April 7, 2026

3.1 Cancellation Window

Users may request a cancellation of their purchase within 30 minutes of the transaction time.

3.2 Refund Eligibility Criteria

Refunds are strictly governed by the “Service Utilization” rule:

ELIGIBLE

A Contact Pack was purchased but no contact numbers have been unlocked, or an Agent Pass was purchased but no property listings have been published under that pass.

INELIGIBLE

At least one contact number has been unlocked from a Contact Pack, or at least one property listing has been published under an Agent Pass. Once the service is used in any way, no refund will be issued.

3.3 Refund Process

  • Request: Send an email to teja96.sf@gmail.com within the 30-minute window with your registered mobile number and transaction ID.
  • Timeline: Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment source within 5 to 7 business days.
