1.2 Scope of Services

GullyNest is a technology-driven listing platform that facilitates connections between outgoing tenants, landlords, and prospective renters. We provide “Insider Details” and contact information to help users make informed housing decisions.

1.3 User Accounts & Verification

• Users must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• GullyNest reserves the right to suspend accounts found providing fraudulent property details.

1.4 Payments & Service Fees

• Contact Packs: Accessing lister details requires the purchase of a “Contact Pack” (e.g., ₹499 for 25 contacts). These packs are valid for 30 days from the date of purchase.
• Direct Negotiations: Any “Service Fee” requested by an outgoing tenant is a private arrangement. GullyNest does not collect, hold, or guarantee these fees.

1.5 Disclaimer of Warranties

GullyNest does not verify the physical condition of properties. We provide the platform “as is.” Users are strictly advised to visit the property and verify all legal documents before entering into a rental agreement.
